1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We process information necessary to sell and deliver the product, including the buyer's email address, Stripe Checkout Session and payment identifiers, product entitlement, amount, currency, payment status and download timestamp. We may also process limited technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Full payment-card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by DaysNotWeeks.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Purchase and delivery data is processed to perform the contract with the buyer. Accounting, tax and transaction records may be retained to comply with legal obligations. Security, fraud prevention and abuse-prevention data may be processed on the basis of legitimate interests in protecting the service and purchasers.

4. Service providers

We use Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting and application infrastructure, and Supabase for purchase and delivery records. These providers process data under their own contractual and data-protection frameworks and may process data internationally using the safeguards available under applicable data-protection law.

5. Retention

Purchase and accounting records are kept for the periods required by applicable legal and tax obligations. Operational and security data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

6. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection regarding your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent supervisory authority in your country.

7. Marketing

Purchase information is not used for unrelated promotional email unless a separate lawful basis or consent applies.

8. Cookies and third-party checkout

The DaysNotWeeks storefront does not intentionally use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. When you open Stripe Checkout, Stripe may use technologies necessary to provide, secure and improve its payment service under Stripe's own privacy information.
